We started Oreneta because the European market for childhood objects had narrowed to two extremes — fast and forgettable on one side, luxury and unreachable on the other. There is a third place, quieter and older: the small workshops across this continent where blankets, stools, lamps, and quiet little things are still made by families who have been doing it for two and three generations. This guide is a small map of that third place. Use it for your own home, or for the people you love.

We do not publish to sell. We publish because the people who arrive at Oreneta arrive with the same question we had: what, of all this, is worth keeping? This is our attempt at an honest answer.
