These terms describe how the Oreneta shop works for the person buying from it. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, please write to us at hello@oreneta.eu and we will explain.

Who is selling to you

Oreneta — a company registered in Spain, operating from Valencia. All contracts of sale are concluded under Spanish law. Disputes go before the courts of Valencia, without prejudice to the protections that EU consumer law gives you in your country of residence.

Placing an order

When you place an order on this site you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you a confirmation email with an order number. Until that email arrives, no contract exists. Prices and stock are shown in good faith but may change without notice; if something is mispriced or out of stock between your order and our confirmation, we will contact you and either confirm or cancel.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by Shopify Payments; we never see card numbers. You will be charged at the moment your order is placed.

Delivery and risk

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the courier hands the parcel to you (or to a person you authorise to receive it).

Returns and refunds

EU consumer law gives you 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind. We extend this to 30 days as a goodwill gesture on items that have not been used. The full procedure is in our Returns Policy.

Statutory warranty

EU consumer law gives you a three-year statutory warranty on goods. If something we sell you turns out to be faulty within that time, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund — at your choice.

Limit of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, photographs, design — belongs to Oreneta or to our makers and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Personal sharing on social media with credit is welcome.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page at the moment you placed it.
