Each Oreneta product is made by a small workshop somewhere in Europe and shipped to you directly from there. We do not hold stock in a central warehouse. This keeps the supply chain short and the carbon honest, but it means a parcel takes a few days longer than the platforms that ship from a warehouse next to your city.

How long it takes

Each product page shows an estimated delivery time. As a guide:

  • Merino (Wool In Love, knitted in Estonia): 5–8 working days to most of the EU; 7–10 days to the UK and Nordics.
  • Furniture (OakHill, made in Latvia): 7–12 working days to most of the EU; 10–14 days to the UK and Iberia.

These times include both the maker's dispatch (usually 2–4 working days) and the courier transit.

How much it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on where you are and the weight of your order. As a rough guide:

  • Iberia (ES, PT): from €11.00 (light) / from €42.00 (furniture)
  • DACH (DE, AT): from €9.50 / from €31.00 — Switzerland: from €13.50 / from €48.00
  • France + BeNeLux: from €10.00 / from €35.50
  • Italy: from €11.00 / from €40.00
  • Nordics (SE, DK, FI): from €9.50 / from €33.00 — Norway: from €14.50 / from €52.00
  • United Kingdom: from €13.50 / from €44.00 (DDP — VAT included)
  • Rest of EU: from €12.00 / from €37.50

Free shipping

Orders over €150 ship for free anywhere within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Customs and taxes

Within the EU, VAT is included in the price you see; nothing further to pay. For the UK, Switzerland and Norway, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — which means VAT and customs are included at checkout, no surprise at the door.

Couriers

We use national postal services and major couriers depending on origin and destination — typically DHL, DPD, PostNL, Royal Mail, Posti, PostNord, Swiss Post. You will receive a tracking number when your parcel ships.

Spanish islands and remote postcodes

We ship to the Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira and Balearics, but with a calculated surcharge and a slightly longer transit. Furniture to the Canary Islands and Azores is on quote only — write to us before ordering and we will come back within 24 hours.
